About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at Adjust. As a key member of our Business Development Department, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients and ensuring their success through the utilization of our suite of tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Enable successful roll-out of Adjust to customer employees, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
- Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and identifying opportunities for deeper engagement.
- Identify opportunities for customers to act as Adjust advocates, promoting our brand and services.
- Work with customers on contract renewals and expansion opportunities, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Marshall resources across the Adjust organization as needed to support customer needs.
- Represent the voice of the customer to inform our product roadmap, driving innovation and improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in Customer Success or Sales roles, with a strong background in mobile user acquisition.
- Ability to find growth opportunities within accounts by adding value and providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong interest in understanding the marketing and software setup of clients to provide informed advice and guidance.
- Proactive personality with a passion for engaging with customers and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions effectively.
