Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our most valuable customers, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to drive customer success.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers, helping them to maximize the value of our platform and achieve their business objectives.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their marketing and software setup, providing tailored advice and recommendations to optimize their mobile app tech stack.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for customers to act as Adjust advocates, driving word-of-mouth referrals and increasing brand awareness.
  • Manage customer contracts and expansions, ensuring seamless onboarding and renewal processes.
  • Represent the voice of the customer, informing our product roadmap and driving innovation at Adjust.
What You'll Need:
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Sales roles, with a strong background in mobile user acquisition.
  • Proven ability to find growth opportunities within accounts and add value through consultative approaches.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving results.
  • High level of autonomy and self-motivation, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
