Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chef to join our team as a Foodservice Sales Professional in Nassau/Suffolk County. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build customer loyalties through a consultative approach, becoming a trusted partner in their business.
  • Partner with customers to redesign menus, train employees, and develop promotion and merchandising programs.
  • Contribute to controlled brand sales, customer training, advertising, promotions, food shows, brand product selection, customer events, and profitability.
  • Function as a team member within the department and organization, performing duties assigned to best serve the company.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years of food service experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel/Restaurant Management, and 4-6 years of experience in the culinary industry.
