Job Title: Region Chain Specialist

At Acxion Foodservice Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Region Chain Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with Operators and Principals, resulting in the sales of our represented products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Operators and Principals to drive sales growth.
  • Sell our products and services to Operators, presenting our "supply chain solutions" to new operator accounts.
  • Attend and participate in interviews for new Principals, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Achieve assigned goals for new commissions, driving revenue growth for Acxion.
  • Communicate effectively with Region Presidents and field sales to facilitate assistance with product tests, sampling, and field execution.
  • Support Region Presidents and Segment VP initiatives as assigned, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Manage travel and work to maximize efficiency, controlling costs for Acxion.
  • Manage the principal's expectations of sales results, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Attend large business reviews as needed, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the brokerage business and relationships with Principals and overall business.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision, yet work well in a team environment.
  • Effective time-management and conflict resolution skills, with a high level of professionalism.
Working Conditions:

Frequent on-the-road driving, with highly concentrated mental and visual alertness. Major portion of the day spent talking with customer service issues, frequent up/down motion, and moderate typing.

Frequent overnight travel, with the ability to hear and receive detailed information.

Equipment/Tools: Calculator, personal computer, telephone, fax, and copier.
