Production Support Specialist

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a Production Support Specialist to support manufacturing operations in our New Richmond, Wisconsin location. This role will involve preparing, setting up, and maintaining secondary equipment, including drying and delivery systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and tear down of auxiliary equipment according to instructions
- Operate injection-molding/assembly machines and perform related duties
- Support the automatic presses in molding and assist in validation of equipment
- Accurately perform line set-up, line reconciliation, and end of lot duties
- Complete production line 5S and Cleanliness Audits/Walkthroughs and correct non-compliances
- Lead root cause investigations for customer part quality issues and complete corrective actions as needed
Requirements:
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- 6+ months of production experience
- Knowledge of medical device manufacturing systems and procedures
- Certified to operate a forklift
