Senior Manager, Tax Accounting

IDR Healthcare is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Tax Accounting to join our team in Antioch, TN. This is an exciting opportunity for a tax professional to manage income tax compliance, provision, research, audit, and planning processes for domestic and international operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and review annual income tax returns for corporations and partnerships.
  • Oversee quarterly and annual income tax estimates and extensions process.
  • Monitor transfer pricing policies and related documentation.
  • Assist in tax planning for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic tax planning initiatives.
  • Interpret tax statutes and regulations, monitor legislative activity, advise management on relevant changes, and identify opportunities to minimize tax.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with 10+ years related income tax experience in public accounting or large multinational public company tax department.
  • 3+ years serving in a supervisory/management capacity of at least 3 associates and projects.
  • Substantial understanding of GAAP including ASC 740 and ASC 805.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and tax compliance software.
  • Ability to analyze highly complex tax issues, related facts & circumstances and recommend solutions.
