Job Summary

Comcast is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through strategic account management and financial sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales and services to local and regional accounts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas through identification and closing of incremental sales and revenue opportunities.
  • Proactively engage customers to understand their changing business needs and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Prepare and conduct regular bill reviews and quarterly business reviews with key customers.
  • Renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 10 years of relevant work experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales quotas.
