Position Schedule:
Full-Time


The Branch Development division is responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting branch teams to provide an exceptional client experience.

As a vital link between the branches and the home office, you will contribute significantly to driving positive outcomes in our core profit center and gaining insights that influence our business strategies.


Your role will involve assisting branch teams in expanding their client base and enhancing their leadership capabilities, while also introducing innovative ideas to evolve our training, development, recognition, and rewards systems to better engage our unique branches.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Investment Consultant for smaller clients, including SEP/Simple IRA participants, while maintaining their connection to the local branch team.
  • Proactively engage clients to enhance their relationship with our firm and assist those already connected.
  • Deliver outstanding client service and customized solutions tailored to meet individual client needs.
  • Provide initial contact and ongoing support to clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Investigate and resolve any service-related issues or outstanding tasks.
  • Collaborate with Client Service Administrators (CSAs) to uphold a high standard of customer service.
  • Keep the department informed of any compliance or supervisory concerns.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is determined by national data, with actual pay reflecting skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors:

  • Minimum Salary: $59,886
  • Maximum Salary: $98,752
Qualifications:
  • Current Series 7 and 66 licenses (or a combination of Series 63 and 65) are required for application.
  • Insurance licenses may be required in the future (life, health, and variable annuity).
  • Experience as a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones is highly preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend information about various securities and business functions is essential.
  • Must effectively communicate research opinions and information regarding companies and investments, as well as discuss current market conditions and financial trends.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, reliability, and sound decision-making skills.
  • Proven communication and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional telephone and customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills with the capacity to learn and apply technical information.
  • Bilingual candidates in Spanish are a plus.
