Key Responsibilities- Partner with financial advisors to deliver tailored investment advice and strategies to clients.
- Provide advanced level case management support to high-net-worth clients, including portfolio analysis, construction, and implementation.
- Contribute to key initiatives and projects within the Wealth Management Consultation department, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage branch team/client escalations and direct resources to achieve the right results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes, and assess their impact on our fee-based program offerings.
- Help train and onboard newer associates on the team and across the Wealth Management Consultation department.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 required (or completion within six months of hire).
- CFA designation (or progress towards) consistent with firm policy.
- 5 years of Financial Services experience.
- Strong technical aptitude, analytical and critical skills.
- Advanced subject matter expertise on economic, investment, and portfolio management strategies and concepts.
- Advanced written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- 3+ years of relevant portfolio management, portfolio construction, and/or investment consultation experience.
- Finance background and/or advanced degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, databases, and wealth management software tools.
