Senior Business Development Executive

Job OverviewCultivate meaningful customer relationships and drive sales through personalized engagement on behalf of our expanding client base.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong brand awareness by fostering one-on-one conversations to drive sales performance.
- Sales Growth: Recognize customer needs, manage existing accounts, and develop strategies to increase sales while documenting results.
- Team Collaboration: Work with fellow Sales Account Managers to set and monitor weekly targets and goals.
- Strategic Recommendations: Understand customer needs and company products to recommend service enhancements that will boost sales.
- Territory Management: Effectively manage assigned territory, tracking customer interactions to maximize sales.
- Leadership Development: Participate in weekly sales meetings, webinars, and joint calls with top performers to enhance sales and leadership skills.
- Education: College degree or relevant work experience as a Sales Account Manager, with additional sales/marketing expertise preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and control situations, acting as a problem solver.
- Customer Relations: Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities, with a proven track record of building effective customer relationships to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Competitive Nature: A competitive drive to outperform others, with leadership roles in previous positions encouraged.
