Administrative Coordinator Job Description

In this exciting role, you will provide administrative support to our office team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties, including drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing records.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Drafting correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for supervisors and staff.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ordering office supplies and equipment as necessary.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Active listening and time management skills.
  • Judgment and decision-making abilities.
Estimated Salary:

$40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
