The role primarily requires onsite engagement, particularly during the initial integration phase, to foster team collaboration and familiarize with ongoing projects. The work schedule may be adjusted based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver mechanical engineering proficiency for the innovation and enhancement of new products.
- Ensure robust mechanical solutions through established engineering principles and calculations.
- Support the verification and successful testing of products.
- Assist the leadership team in fulfilling responsibilities and commitments.
- Mentor and provide developmental guidance to junior engineers.

Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Mechanical Designer, specifically in Designer(T) roles.
- Proficiency in CAD software and the creation of 3D parametric models, particularly using CREO.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational capabilities, and experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to articulate design intent through presentations and engineering drawings, adhering to standards such as BS8888/ASME Y14.100.
- Knowledge of dimensional tolerance control, tolerance analysis, and GD&T.
- Familiarity with the product development lifecycle and highly regulated engineering environments.
- Competence in tools such as CREO, WindChill, Teamcenter, DOORs, and JIRA.
- Existing or previous SC level clearance is a plus.

Experience in the design and development of electronic, optical, and mechatronic systems, as well as electronic packaging, composite materials, additive manufacturing, and test/measurement equipment.

Experience with engineering analysis tools for dynamic, structural, and thermal assessments.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience and qualifications.
