Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Over 10 years of experience in mechanical automation design, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience with engineered-to-order systems, including robotics and automated systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as Inventor, AutoCAD, and Vault Pro.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Expertise in engineering best practices, automation design, and tooling design.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and hold team members accountable for performance.
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and organizational capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Compensation: In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $100,000 - $135,000, with additional benefits including generous paid time off, health insurance, and 401(k) matching.
