Service Quality Analyst

ALONJA Enterprises LLC is a leading provider of quality assurance services, seeking 10 exceptional individuals to join our team as Quality Assurance Specialists.
We are recruiting independent contractors to provide their expertise in evaluating the level of customer service and processes for various companies. This is a part-time opportunity that allows you to work from home and set your own schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete a test call to assess your skills and knowledge
- Call companies provided via assigned lists to evaluate their customer service
- Evaluate the level of customer service provided by answering representatives
- Document detailed information of overall experience
- Complete review submission form before the required deadline
- Ensure that form is free of errors and misinformation
Pay Rate:
$3.00 per call (7 calls or less) $25.00 per list
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Moderate level of computer knowledge
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be self-directed and self-motivated
- Strong listening skills
- Accuracy
- Efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical Requirements:
- Active phone line (mobile or landline)
- Mobile device capable of downloading applications
- CPU (Intel or AMD) 2GHz processor (or equivalent)
- Resolution of 1,280 x 1,024 or greater
- Internet Explorer 9.0 or higher
