Process Analyst
Are you passionate about enhancing operational workflows and eager to take on a challenging role where your expertise can drive significant improvements? We are in search of a skilled analyst to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

In this role, you will be tasked with assessing, documenting, and refining PMO workflows to boost productivity and effectiveness. This requires close collaboration with PMO Operations team members and various Global Technology teams to comprehend existing processes, pinpoint enhancement opportunities, and execute solutions that foster operational excellence.

You will leverage data analysis, process mapping, and continuous improvement strategies to yield tangible benefits.
You will support Senior Analysts and collaborate with users to ensure high-quality execution of processes.

The Process Analyst role is situated within the Global Technology Project Management Office, reporting to the Director of PMO Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with essential PMO stakeholders to implement methodologies and execute PMO workflows. Develop a comprehensive understanding of methodologies and process operations across various PMO domains. Offer guidance, clarity, and support to individuals engaged in processes. Assist Senior Analysts and Lead roles; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Evaluate critical processes and identify opportunities for enhancement. Demonstrate the ability to comprehend intricate processes and frameworks. Act as a trusted partner to our clients; provide assistance in navigating processes. Exhibit strong communication skills and foster partnerships. Ensure high-quality execution of processes. Respond promptly to support inquiries from Process Users. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project/PMO/process setting. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Company Overview
