Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Services Manager to lead our ABA Therapy team. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based intervention plans to support children with autism and behavioral differences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement individualized intervention plans to address the unique needs and strengths of each child
- Lead and inspire a team of behavior analysts and technicians to deliver high-quality care and exceed performance standards
- Mentor and support the professional development of aspiring behavior analysts and technicians
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve exceptional outcomes
- Ensure adherence to BACB professional standards and protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Master's degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification
- Proficiency with behavioral assessments and intervention plans
- Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families
- Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
