Senior Finance and Compliance Professional

The Ford Agency is seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance and Compliance professional to join our client's team. This is a unique opportunity to oversee all finance and compliance operations, driving firm-wide financial planning, mapping, and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, billing, general ledger, and credit card accounts and reconciliations
  • Develop and manage budgets, prepare financial reports and summaries, create forecasts, and prepare profitability reports
  • Ensure state-to-state compliance regulations and matters, tax planning and filings, and all expense audits and documents are up-to-date
  • Negotiate contracts and manage accounts receivable
  • Collaborate with counsel to prepare contract and agreement drafts, ensuring financial compliance
  • Advise the management team on financials and compliance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar
  • 6+ years' experience in a senior finance or director level, or similar position
  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel required
  • Previous experience in the commercial design industry highly regarded
