Administrative Associate for Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership

Process Management and Reporting
Support the Kendra Scott Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute (KS WELI) through process development, reporting, and general operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage internal processes, including standard operating procedures, project workflow, and calendar management.
Manage reporting on a regular cadence, including monthly reporting, quarterly reporting to stakeholders, and semesterly impact reporting.
Track internal team key performance indicators and metrics by function.
Distribute and manage feedback surveys, aggregating and analyzing results.
Programming and Communication Support
Support programming through event and operational logistics, including catering arrangements, facilities scheduling, and guest list management.
Manage ordering processes, vendors, and logistics for sponsored events and programs.
Operational Logistics
Ensure University policy compliance, budget tracking, and working with campus, external, and vendor partners.
Communications support includes marketing for applications and events, sharing opportunities with students, internal communications with stakeholders, and donor relations materials.
Administrative and Operational
Lead a strong customer service culture within the Institute and Kendra Scott Center.
Manage the procurement process of goods and services purchased for the Institute.
Assist with contracts, policy compliance, travel requests, and reimbursements.
Support Institute expense management through expense tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
