About the Role

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to achieve or exceed company sales goals in your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with distributors within the region, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve or exceed company sales goals in your assigned territory.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH DISTRIBUTORS WITHIN THE REGION.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential distributors.
  • Analyze competitor activities in the territory and assess opportunities for business development.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Network with distributors and other businesses in the territory to build mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years' experience in industrial sales or distribution channel experience in related industries.
  • Proven track record of building business and hitting sales targets.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with people at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and effective communication.
  • Results-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in parallel.
  • Ability to travel overnight 50%+ as required by role and territory.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
