Sales Account Manager - Aesthetics

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to drive sales efforts and manage key accounts in the aesthetics industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities through strategic sales methods and networking.
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
  • Provide product education and training to clients, highlighting the benefits of aesthetic medical devices.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue and profitability through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline and track progress.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven sales experience in the aesthetics or medical device industry.
  • Strong account management and customer service skills.
  • Experience with aesthetic medical devices, including Microneedling, YAG, Spectrum Laser, and Erbium Resurfacing.
  • Knowledge of laser hair removal, shockwave therapy, and laser tattoo removal.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry.
