ROLE SUMMARY:The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be an integral part of the Talent team, focusing on identifying, evaluating, and facilitating the successful onboarding of new personnel across our expanding network of dental practices. Reporting directly to the Chief Talent Officer and the Director of Talent, this position is essential in sourcing candidates, assessing applications, developing talent pipelines, and managing candidates throughout their entire application journey.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:The ideal candidate will thrive on building connections with applicants while effectively representing our organization's esteemed brand. Strong collaboration with the Talent management team, Operations, and Executive Leadership is crucial for aligning with company growth strategies.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred
- At least two years of experience in high-volume recruitment within a large organization
- Experience in healthcare or dental recruitment is advantageous
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential; proficiency in Microsoft applications is a plus
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Manage job postings, source candidates, and reach out to qualified applicants
- Oversee and adjust the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), ensuring accurate and detailed documentation throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, present job offers, and oversee the initial onboarding phases
- Collaborate with Talent Directors to review current and future hiring needs, ensuring accuracy in job postings and necessary adjustments
- Assist in developing talent and continuously cultivate a robust pipeline of potential leaders
- Engage in various recruitment events as required
