ROLE SUMMARY:

The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be an integral part of the Talent team, focusing on identifying, evaluating, and facilitating the successful integration of new employees within our expanding organization, which supports numerous dental practices across the Northeast. Reporting to the Chief Talent Officer and the Director of Talent, this position is pivotal in sourcing candidates, assessing applications, building talent pipelines, and managing candidate interactions throughout the application process.

This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

The ideal candidate will excel in fostering relationships with applicants while embodying our organization's esteemed brand. Collaboration with the Talent management team, Operations, and Executive Leadership is essential for driving company initiatives and growth strategies.

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of two years experience in high-volume recruitment within a large organization
  • Experience in healthcare or dental recruitment is advantageous
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) - familiarity with Microsoft applications is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage job postings, source candidates, and reach out to qualified applicants
  • Oversee and update the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), ensuring accurate documentation throughout the recruitment process
  • Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, present job offers, and oversee the onboarding process
  • Collaborate with Talent Directors to review current and future hiring needs, ensuring accuracy in job postings and necessary adjustments
  • Contribute to Talent development and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective leaders
  • Engage in various recruitment events as required
