Overview

In this exciting role, you will report to the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition Operations, and be responsible for best-in-class candidate care in areas including, but not limited to, interview scheduling, onboarding, orientation and employment verifications. In addition to this day-to-day work you will have an opportunity to contribute to advancing the Talent Acquisition function in areas such as process efficiencies, applicant tracking workflows as well as automation and artificial intelligence tools. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, collaboration and attention to detail is critical. You'll be working closely with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers and you will be focusing closely on scheduling details to ensure a positive outcome for all stakeholders. Flexibility is also important in this position because schedules change and urgent requests will be made. Due to interactions with candidates and new hires, you will enjoy coming into our Bridgewater office two to three days each week.

Create the best candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experience by proactively and seamlessly scheduling a high volume of interviews, debrief meetings, and candidate travel (as needed) across a variety of roles.Assists in guiding candidates and hiring managers through the interview process.Problem-solve when things don't go as planned; manage interview cancellations, changing schedules, double-booked interviewers, MS Teams/Zoom links, and more.Welcome new hires to ensure a positive onboarding experience, including hosting new hire orientation session(s) and processing of federal I-9 documentation.Work with the talent acquisition team on a variety of projects that support the team's goals (e.g., create candidate resources, make improvements to our interview scheduling process, and more).QualificationsMinimum 2+ years of work talent acquisition coordinator experienceExperience working with a web-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Capital Management (HCM) system, and MS Office are requiredAre an adaptable team player; adept at working with multiple people at any given time in an often-changing, high-volume work environmentDeep passion for candidate care to ensure they have a great experience, and you can convey this in a friendly, concise, inclusive, and professional manner (both written and verbal)Detail-oriented and process-driven: you're constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
