  • Handle Employee Relations tasks including onboarding and offboarding
  • Oversee Performance Review processes utilizing UKG software
  • Conduct Full Cycle Talent Acquisition and refine HR Processes and Procedures
  • Manage Office Administration, Building Management, and Café operations
  • Assist the CEO with financial documentation
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience is essential
  • Preferred certifications include SHRM and HRCI
  • Experience with UKG software is required
