Job Summary

The Client Service Manager will oversee a team of hourly attendants who maintain food product inventory for customer employees in multiple stations. This role involves supervising additional tasks, such as deep cleaning equipment that holds various food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 15-20 hourly attendants in maintaining food product inventory
  • Oversee additional tasks, such as deep cleaning equipment
  • Ensure high-quality service to customers
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; two-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service or related field
  • Food and beverage or client service management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently
