About the Role

Coborn's Incorporated is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Representative. As a key member of our front-end team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a positive and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide remarkable customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and debit transactions.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front-end area, by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail to accurately process transactions and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
