At Providence, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients. As a Care Coordinator RN in our Oncology department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

The estimated salary for this position is between $45.22 and $71.58 per hour, depending on experience.

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate RN to join our team as a Nurse Navigator. In this role, you will work closely with patients and their families to provide support and guidance throughout their cancer journey.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient education and support
  • Triage physical, psychological, and social needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • Active Oregon RN license
  • AHA Basic Life Support certification
  • OCN certification within 18 months of hire
  • 3+ years of oncology experience
