Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Therapist to join our team at Rainier Springs. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide psychotherapy and counseling therapies to patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse disorders. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and outside referral sources while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that align with patient goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and timely discharge planning.
  • Create thorough discharge plans that meet the patients' after-care needs.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling or relevant licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current unencumbered state licensure per state requirements.
  • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment and prior to patient contact.
  • Prior experience working with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $34,600 - $44,800 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
