Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 - $50,000 per annum, with opportunities for bonuses and career advancement. We also offer a range of benefits, including subsidized health insurance, retirement savings plan, and free gym membership.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive business growth and profitability through effective sales strategies and team management
  2. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy
  4. Recruit, hire, and onboard talented team members to drive sales performance
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fitness facility or service-oriented management
  • Experience with supervising a team of at least 15 employees preferred
  • CPR/AED certification required
