About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Professional Services Consultant, Zero Trust Solutions Expert to join our team at Cloudflare, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in deploying solutions to attain Zero Trust/SASE for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding and Technical Guidance: Onboard new customers, additional products for existing customers, and customers who come to us when their applications and networks are being attacked. Deliver timely and organized onboarding for customers, ensuring they see the full value in Cloudflare's products and advising on technical best practices.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide customers with clear proactive technical guidance and expertise across all our products. Collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, and other teams to assist with technical escalations.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute towards the success of the organization through knowledge-sharing activities such as contributing to internal and external documentation, answering technical Q&A, and helping to iterate on best practices.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: A minimum 5 years experience working in a technical implementation or onboarding team, security engineering team, security operations center, or other highly technical team. Deep understanding of how the internet works, including internet and security technologies such as SWG, Sandboxing, Firewalls, DLP, and VPNs.
  • Security Skills: Demonstrated experience with software distribution in Microsoft, Mac, and Linux environments. Deep understanding of SSO, ADFS, LDAP, and SAML. Detailed working knowledge of web-based security and network infrastructure, security proxies, such as NGFW, SSL/IPSec, and SSL/TLS VPN appliance & services, Firewalls, etc.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands. Ability to work with all levels of an organization (both internally and externally) with experience of both working cross-functionally and geographically. Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
Preferred but Not Required
  • Cloudflare Expertise: Knowledge of Cloudflare ZTNA solutions such as Teams, Access, Gateway, and Browser Isolation preferred.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of, or experience with, regulatory requirements such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOC-2.
