Position Overview:

1. Manage incoming service inquiries from clients and ascertain their location. Collect relevant details from the client regarding the purpose of their call.

2. Assess the urgency of the service request and set appropriate expectations for the client.

3. Input necessary information into the system and forward the call to the relevant dispatch center to send a technician.

4. During weekends and off-hours, coordinate with on-call technicians for dispatch.

5. Verify if the equipment is under warranty; if not, communicate expectations to the client.

6. Oversee the progress of Priority 1 work orders to ensure timely handling.

7. Address various types of inbound calls and adhere to established procedures to meet client needs promptly.

8. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

9. Consistently exhibit and uphold a high standard of professionalism for both internal and external clients.

Work Schedule:

Fully Remote - 2pm-10:30pm (with Sunday and Monday off)

Training for this role will consist of three weeks, Monday through Friday, starting at 7:30am CST.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Exceptional telephone and communication abilities.
  • Capability to operate in a high-volume call environment.
  • Strong customer service aptitude and flexibility in working hours.
  • Basic computer skills required, including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team setting and a commitment to ongoing learning through cross-training.
  • Adherence to procedures is essential.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
