Position Overview:

The Service Center Representative serves as the initial contact for our valued customers at Panasonic. This role requires utilizing essential tools and resources to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions. The representative will address both internal and external inquiries through phone and email communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls from customers or technicians around the clock, ensuring timely dispatch when required.
  • Collect crucial information from customers or technicians regarding the purpose of their call, and determine the best course of action to resolve their concerns.
  • Document essential details related to service requests in the designated system, prioritizing service calls and setting customer expectations accordingly.
  • Facilitate follow-ups and escalate service requests as necessary.
  • During off-hours, weekends, and holidays, monitor and assign service requests to technicians using the on-call system, escalating issues when appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • 0-1 year of experience in Customer Engagement.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Work schedule is third shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with days off on Thursday and Friday.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between $12.27 and $23.59 per hour, which is just one aspect of Panasonic's comprehensive compensation package. Actual pay may vary based on individual qualifications, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.
