Job Overview

Spectra Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Member Service Consultant to provide exceptional customer service to our members.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely assistance to members in the lobby, drive-thru window, or by telephone.
  • Follow policies and procedures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of non-public information.
  • Assist members with questions, inquiries, or requests on new or existing accounts.
  • Promote credit union products and services by identifying member needs and cross-selling benefits.
  • Deliver exceptional service and build meaningful relationships with members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or designee.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
  • Credit Union or other financial institution experience is preferred.
