About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Arbitration Administrator, Bilingual to join our team at ACV, INC. This role will be responsible for resolving differences between buyers and sellers arising from representations made on an auction. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and resolve post-auction issues, including mechanical repairs and transportation costs
  • Communicate final decisions to both buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Coordinate logistics for 3rd party inspections and maintain accurate records
  • Perform accounts receivable duties and ensure timely follow-up on all directives
  • Recommend new customer services and procedures to the Arbitration Manager
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred
  • 3 years of customer service and/or claims experience
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems a plus
  • Automotive auction experience a strong asset
