Residential Program Coordinator

As a Residential Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and coordinating daily activities and appointments for residents
  • Implementing programs and services to meet individual needs
  • Coordinating and supervising daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff
  • Overseeing the daily operation of the program
  • Ensuring onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training is delivered
  • Providing input and feedback in hiring, corrective action, performance evaluations, and termination decisions
  • Fostering positive relations with case managers, referral agents, and advocating on behalf of residents
  • Maintaining relationships with families, guardians, and implementing individual satisfaction enhancement plans
  • Monitoring the comfort and safety of residents while ensuring living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • Supervisory experience required
  • One to two years' experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Other education and experience as required by state
  • Current CPR and First Aid
  • Valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
  • Licensure as required by state
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills to manage relationships
  • A reliable, responsible attitude, and a compassionate approach
