Program Manager

Riverbend Community Mental Health, a leading provider of community-based behavioral health services in New Hampshire, is seeking a full-time Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential program in Concord, NH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals living at the residential facility
  • Provide oversight of quality services to ensure sanitary and safe, affordable housing
  • Supervise a team of Residential Rehabilitation Specialists who work with individuals diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness
  • Manage and maintain staff schedules for a 16 hour/day program
  • Communicate and coordinate care with other service providers and property manager
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mental health service provision
  • Experience providing mental health services in a residential setting
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
  • He-M 1202 Medication Certified or willingness to become certified
  • Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance
