Nurse - Residential Program - Part-Time

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to provide healthcare services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and documenting health care services, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide and supervise healthcare services to residents in accordance with state standards and nursing practice
- Document health care services and maintain accurate records
- Teach health and medication skills to residents and staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Nursing degree and current registration with Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing
- Ability to teach health and medication skills to others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- One year of experience in a community health setting
- Experience with individuals with psychiatric disabilities preferred
