About the Role:

The Sales Executive, Commercial Net New is a key member of Cleo's Sales Team, responsible for selling directly to new and current clients, building pipelines, and identifying key client needs to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate and advise clients to build strong and trustworthy relationships with Cleo's customers
  • Execute a successful sales process from lead to appointment to close
  • Obtain feedback from clients and adjust messaging to improve downstream execution
  • Meet clients to discuss their needs and complete the execution of the sale
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and Account Managers to devise a program that meets the client's needs and budget
  • Negotiate with clients, solve any problems, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Monitor and report on client program progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management at an Enterprise Software and/or SaaS Company
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both business-oriented and technical audiences
  • Strong desire to learn about the IT industry and build effective relationships with customers
  • Ability to communicate confidently through face-to-face communication, phone, and virtual communication
  • Preferred experience selling SaaS and/or Cloud-based technologies
