Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Equipment Specialist to join our team at Centric Business Systems. This is a master level position that requires the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of office product equipment.

About Us

Centric Business Systems is a leading provider of business technology products and services. We specialize in electronic document management software and integrations, and our primary products include Xerox, Ricoh, Canon, and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize equipment up-time through timely response and effective repair with selective customer training
  • Assist with the development of Field Service Technicians through technical assistance and product symptom/solution sharing
  • Manage assets and resources to achieve targeted financial results and create superior value for customers
  • Analyze customer needs, recognize business opportunities, and influence sales volume growth
  • Communicate and interact with customers, field service, sales, management, and administration in a courteous, positive, and professional manner

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical training
  • A+ Certification or equivalent experience
  • 6 Manufacturer Training Classes
  • 5+ years industry experience

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle for travel to client sites
  • Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods at times
  • Ability to lift 50+lbs on occasion

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
