About the Role:

The Sales and Business Development Manager is a remote role (up to 50% travel required) responsible for positioning OTT HydroMet for success in solar, hydrology, and meteorology opportunities. You'll work with channel partners, system integrators, and key customers to drive revenue and build a sustainable sales funnel in the growing natural environmental business (solar energy projects, groundwater, surface water, floods/heavy rain, water quality, road weather, among others).

This involves achieving sales goals aligned with company objectives through sales forecasting and account management. You will develop relationships with key accounts, channel partners, and new customers to identify business opportunities and expand market share. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive project completion. Staying informed on industry trends and competitors is crucial to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge. You will also manage account performance using KPIs and implement strategies to achieve growth targets.
