Job Title: Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Cardinal Health. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within a specified territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue within assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including clinicians, supply chain partners, and end-users.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to drive sales growth.
  • Present product features and benefits to clients, utilizing proper sales techniques and supporting materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Travel within assigned territory to call on accounts, including overnight stays, to maintain an active presence and build relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the medical industry.
  • Documented sales achievement and a proven track record of success.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically and within the territory.
