We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Basemakers, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with grocery store managers and decision-makers in the Manhattan territory.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand presence and sales velocity in assigned stores.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with grocery store managers, brand representatives, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct in-store visits to ensure optimal product placement, display execution, and void filling.
- Capture and report sales data, including photos and notes, using mobile phone apps.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as needed.
- Positive mindset, driven to achieve results, and high emotional intelligence.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working in or closely with grocery store operations, or ability to learn quickly.
- Premium selling skills and passion for representing brand partners in the natural and specialty foods space.
- Track record of success in a self-directed environment and ability to maintain high levels of communication with team members.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to drive many miles per day in your own vehicle.
- $55,000 base salary + monthly travel reimbursement + uncapped performance-based commissions.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan with 15% employer match, and frontloaded PTO.
- Monthly stipends to recognize and be recognized by others, and company events.
