Job Title: Territory Sales Representative

At Realtime Technologies, we're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales within an assigned geographic territory, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visiting client locations in your territory regularly to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Proactively selling new products to authorized agents to increase revenues and expand our customer base
  • Maintaining a 'hunter' attitude to close deals while fostering strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Developing new business with existing clients and identifying areas for improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Traveling to remote areas of the territory as needed to meet with clients and prospects
  • Negotiating and resolving conflicts to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assisting the finance team with agent collection efforts and providing support as needed
  • Managing time effectively and adapting to market and schedule changes
  • Providing technical support to retail stores and troubleshooting issues as needed
  • Reviewing monthly activities with authorized agents and identifying opportunities to increase business and revenues
  • Developing relationships with owners, managers, and staff to build trust and loyalty
  • Documenting customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
  • Assisting the SSM division with Self-Service Machine issues and providing support as needed
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales with a proven track record of success in territory management
  • Preferred background in wireless sales or other monthly billed service providers that sell through retail distribution
  • Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation skills with high business acumen
  • Ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and exhibit sound judgment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Flexibility to learn new products and assist during product launches
  • Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this role
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Candidate should be based in or around the New York Metro area
  • Valid driver's license and reliable automobile required
