Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and key decision makers to promote assigned products and maximize sales potential.
  • Implement sales strategy and drive growth of business through a deep understanding of the assigned territory and a strategic approach to building an effective territory plan.
  • Create and implement territory business plans to achieve territory and business sales goals, ensuring alignment with market insights and feedback.
  • Engage customers in an effective and compliant manner, demonstrating subject matter expertise and using approved messaging and promotional aids.
  • Manage daily sales activity and performance according to defined expectations, completing required daily data entry of call activity in CRM.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a strong track record of sales success and existing relationships with customers in immunology (specifically gastroenterology and rheumatology).
  • Immunology experience is required, with a working knowledge of patient HUBs, assistance programs, and specialty pharmacy.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college is required.
  • High level selling, persuasion, presentation, and closing skills, with elevated levels of initiative, resilience, and drive for results.
What We Offer:
  • Salary Range: $140K-$150K
  • Quarterly Bonus Amount: $10,000/quarter (annualized at $40,000/yr)
