PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome visitors and provide assistance and guidance as required.

• Deliver friendly and professional service to all clients and guests.

• Enroll guests in programs, events, and activities.

• Stay informed about all pricing, programs, and events offered.

• Accurately process payments from guests.

• Ensure cash drawer is balanced at the start and end of each shift.

• Generate a detailed report at the conclusion of each shift.

• Manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.

• Complete necessary documentation and reports as needed.

• Maintain records of waivers and event registrations.

• Uphold confidentiality regarding guest and employee information.

• Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints, or escalate to the appropriate manager.

• Understand and enforce company policies and procedures.

• Conduct tours and assist potential members with registration.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education: No prior experience or training required.

Language Proficiency: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Mathematical Skills: Competence in basic arithmetic operations and the ability to manage transactions accurately.

Reasoning Skills: Ability to identify and resolve guest issues within established guidelines.

Computer Proficiency: Must be skilled in using personal computers and related technology.
