About the Role

The Part-Time Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our dealership guests and vendors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Welcome Customers: Provide a friendly and professional greeting to all customers and visitors.
  • Manage the Front Desk: Ensure the front desk is tidy and organized at all times.
  • Schedule Appointments: Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff as needed.
  • Handle Mail and Packages: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Support Team Members: Provide support to team members with additional tasks as required.
  • Provide Client Information: Provide clients with detailed information on pricing, financing options, and after-sales services.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Reception Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g. printers, copiers).
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Customer-Focused Attitude: A friendly, approachable demeanor with a customer-focused attitude is essential.
  • Professional Appearance: A professional appearance and demeanor are required.
  • Work Ethic: An impressive work ethic, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, is necessary.
  • Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays, is required.
  • Authorization to Work: Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
