Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Nutrition Care Plans
- Assess the nutritional needs of residents and provide personalized recommendations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care
- Educate residents and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition care plans

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dietitian with a strong background in nutrition and healthy eating habits
