Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of building systems and related code requirements.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and other systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of building systems and code compliance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
