Key Responsibilities
  • Execute a weekly housekeeping schedule to maintain a clean and organized facility.
  • Keep common areas, including restrooms, clean and well-stocked.
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Dust and polish furniture as needed to maintain a clean and attractive appearance.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
  • Turn rooms after resident departure, including changing linens and restocking supplies.
  • Wipe down equipment, appliances, and hard surfaces to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a clean environment.
  • Clean windows as needed to ensure a clear view and maintain a clean appearance.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed to maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Notify management of any necessary maintenance repairs to ensure the facility remains in good working order.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year housekeeping experience.
Physical Requirements
  • Standing, squatting, bending, climbing stairs, reaching, pushing, pulling.
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
  • Job exposes individuals to cleaning equipment and products.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
  • Driving in all weather conditions.
