- Visual Merchandising: Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to create an engaging and attractive store environment that drives sales and customer engagement.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving and processing shipments, conducting inventory audits, and implementing inventory control procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a safe and secure store environment, including performing routine maintenance tasks, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-3 months of retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
